Every successful evening starts with an aperitivo. That's the traditional Italian way and an obligatory part of the RIBELLI experience. We have classics such as burrata pugliese and pecorino, San Daniele prosciutto crudo and Monti Lattari caprino. Our antipasti menu also features specialities such as Punta d'Anca bresaola, which can also be taken away to enjoy at home.
